The Adventure Dog Program is for owners who want their dog to be easier to walk, easier to manage, and more enjoyable to take places.
This is not about turning your dog into a robot. It is about building real-world skills for active dogs and the people who live with them.
This program is a good fit if you want help with:
- loose-leash walking
- focus around distractions
- recall foundations
- calm behavior in public
- confidence around new sights, sounds, and surfaces
- polite greetings
- impulse control
- adventure-readiness for parks, trails, town, and everyday outings
- building a clearer relationship between dog and owner
Across 8 sessions, we have more time to build a path that fits your dog instead of rushing through a checklist. We can work on the skills your dog needs most, practice them in controlled public settings, and adjust the plan as your dog improves.
You stay with your dog for every session. I coach you through the work so you understand what to practice, what to reward, and how to keep progress going between sessions.
Training takes place at Nixa-area public locations selected by Bring The Dog Training. I choose the location based on the dog, the training goal, and safety.
No drop-off. No daycare. No boarding. No dog transport.
For most dogs, I recommend starting with a Trailhead Session first so we can choose the right path before committing to a longer program.
